Awaken your inner fire—gently, on your own terms.
This is a space to rediscover your body, your voice, and the quiet power that was always yours.

For too long, many of us have been asked to disconnect—
from our bodies, our desires, and the quiet truth of who we are.
Embodied Phoenix is not a course to complete.
It’s a space to return to yourself—slowly, gently, and without performance.
Through sensual awareness, body-based reflection, and the slow rebuilding of boundaries that honor you, this journey invites you to meet the parts of yourself you’ve had to silence.
Not to fix them. Not to improve.
But to listen. To feel. To remember.
You don’t have to rise all at once.
This is where you begin to come home—on your own terms.
Not for anyone else. Not to be desired.
But to feel alive in your own body again.
This is an invitation to reconnect with yourself through breath, stillness, and the senses—so you can build relationships rooted in presence, not performance.
✓ Begin to trust the language of your body, one sensation at a time
✓ Explore touch, movement, and presence as sources of safety and self-awareness
✓ Connect with others from a place of honesty, not obligation
Boundaries are not barriers.
They’re quiet declarations of self-trust.
Here, you’ll explore how to listen inward—and how to protect what matters most, without guilt, apology, or explanation.
✓ Identify your true yes and your embodied no
✓ Practice speaking your truth with clarity and care
✓ Build resilience around guilt, self-abandonment, and overgiving
This is not about becoming a new version of you. It’s about remembering the one who’s always been waiting.
Together, we’ll meet the stories that once kept you small—not to erase them, but to hold them with compassion. From there, something shifts. Slowly. Quietly. Lastingly.
✓ Gently uncover the beliefs and stories that no longer feel true
✓ Reclaim your right to choose what’s yours and what’s not
✓ Begin living in alignment with what you already know in your bones
Wilson Goulty
Embodiment practitioner. Space-holder. Witness.
I don’t offer quick answers or self-improvement plans.
What I offer is presence.
Attunement.
A quiet space where the parts of you that have been dismissed, ignored, or buried can finally be heard.
My work is rooted in lived experience—medical trauma, disconnection from my body, years of silence, and a slow return to truth.
I’ve spent the last 15 years walking beside clients as they reclaim what was never truly lost—through writing, touch, stillness, and deep emotional safety.
I hold this space not as a coach, but as someone who has lived through fire, and knows how to stay when it gets quiet.
This isn’t about becoming more.
It’s about coming home.

This is not about rising in glory.
It’s about coming back to what was always there—quietly, patiently, beneath the surface.
Embodied Phoenix is a one-on-one journey for women who are tired of performing healing, tired of striving for wholeness, and quietly longing for something real.
Here, you’re not asked to fix yourself.
You’re invited to meet yourself—gently, honestly, in your own time.
Together, we create a space where boundaries can soften and strengthen.
Where your sensuality can return without fear.
Where your voice can come home to your body.
There is no deadline. No pressure to transform.
Only an invitation:
To reconnect. To reclaim. To remember the truth that never left you.
