Why I Created This Space

Because I know what it feels like to live in a body that doesn’t feel like home.
To perform strength. To say yes when everything in you wants to say no.
To carry silence where there should have been softness.

I created this space because I never had one.
Not during the years of medical trauma.
Not in the quiet disconnection of marriage.
Not in the moments I disappeared in plain sight.

Everything I offer now—writing, deep listening, photography, presence—
emerged from a long, slow return to myself.
Not through healing that looked good on the outside,
but through choosing to stay with what hurt, soften where I once froze,
and finally, feel safe in my own skin.

This space was born from that.
Not to fix you.
Not to lead you somewhere new.
But to offer what I once needed most:

Private 1:1 Journey

Private 1:1 Journey (Limited to Two Clients at a Time)

This is not a program.
It’s a quiet, carefully held space—for the parts of you that are tired of performing.
For the parts that don’t know how to ask, but still long to be met.

This journey doesn’t ask you to be ready.
It asks you to be real.

There’s no curriculum. No pressure to grow.
No version of yourself you have to become.
What we’re doing here is slower than healing and deeper than change.
It’s a return—to your body, your voice, your truth.
To the you that’s been waiting under all the noise.

We begin wherever you are.
And we move at the pace of your nervous system, not the speed of your to-do list.


Duration:
4-month initial container (with the option to continue if it feels right)

Most clients need a few sessions simply to land, to exhale, and to feel safe enough to begin.
This work honors that. We don’t dive in—we arrive. Together.


Format:

  • Three 1:1 sessions per month (75–90 minutes each)
  • Sessions are scheduled weekly or with intentional pauses, depending on your rhythm and readiness
  • Every session is held at the pace of your nervous system—not a calendar
  • Modalities include:
    – Journaling prompts and reflection
    – Embodied conversation and deep listening
    – Optional photography session when and if trust has been established

You also have access to gentle integration support between sessions, if desired—through voice or written check-ins, shaped by mutual consent and capacity.

This is not a content-heavy course—it’s a quiet space where you and I move slowly, intentionally, and with care.

What you receive is shaped around your needs and readiness, not a preset path. But here’s what this space can include:


Live 1:1 Sessions (3 per month):

  • 75–90 minutes of dedicated presence, tailored to where you are each time we meet
  • A blend of gentle conversation, nervous system attunement, reflection, and body-based inquiry
  • Scheduled weekly or biweekly, depending on your rhythm and capacity

Curated Support Materials:

  • Journaling prompts and reflection exercises customized for your process
  • Optional guided meditations for body awareness, emotional release, or grounding
  • Writing and embodiment practices to help you integrate the work between sessions
  • All shared materials are yours to revisit when and if they feel supportive—nothing is time-limited or forced

Optional Embodiment Photo Experience:

  • When and if trust has been established, you may choose to be witnessed through a private, trauma-informed photo session
  • This is never required and is scheduled only with full consent and shared readiness
  • For many, this becomes a powerful moment of reclamation—not for the image, but for the feeling of being seen without performance

This is not a program to complete.
It’s a space to return to.
Over time, what we build together becomes your own internal sanctuary—one that doesn’t disappear when the sessions end.

The Embodiment Photo Package is more than a photoshoot—it’s a celebration of your journey, your truth, and your connection to self. Rooted in themes of embodiment and self-expression, this experience is designed to honor your unique story while creating a safe and supportive space for exploration.


Enrollment Details

This is a private, one-on-one journey.
I only work with two clients at a time in order to hold each space with the depth, presence, and emotional attunement it deserves.

There are no group sessions, no shared timelines, and no need to fit into someone else’s rhythm.
Your journey begins when you’re ready—and unfolds at a pace we co-create together.

Start Date:
Flexible. We begin only when both of us feel the space is right to open.

Duration:
Initial commitment is four months.
This allows enough time to build trust, drop beneath the surface, and begin the real work of returning to your truth.

Session Rhythm:
Three 75–90 minute sessions per month, with space for integration between.

This is not about looking beautiful. It’s about being witnessed.

Embodiment photography is offered as a part of this journey—not as a product, but as a sacred moment of presence. It’s a space where you are seen without performance, touched by light instead of expectation, and invited to inhabit your body without apology.

Each session is co-created.
You choose what is revealed.
There is no pressure to be anything but real.


What Makes This Experience Unique

Privacy and Ownership:
You own every image. Once the photos are delivered, all data is deleted—nothing is stored, nothing is kept. This ensures full autonomy and energetic closure.

Unretouched and Unfiltered:
No digital retouching is applied. These images honor the truth of your body as it is—soft, strong, tender, wild. Nothing added. Nothing erased.

Rooted in Your Journey:
Your session is shaped by what you’ve uncovered along the way. Whether clothed or nude, playful or solemn, still or in motion—what’s captured is what feels most true to you.
